Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant for Administration will provide nearly invisible support to the CEO, CFO and CNO acting with little supervision, anticipating needs while managing the day-to-day workflow and prioritizing various projects, which includes scheduling, preparing materials for all meetings, and participating in a wide range of special projects. This will enable the CEO, CFO and CNO to work more efficiently and effectively towards reaching the organizations growth goals. Acts as the Medical Staff Coordinator and Contract Coordinator ensuring processes are followed and completed in a timely manner

Minimum Education:
Associate Degree in related field required. Bachelors Degree preferred.

Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.


Essential Functions
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality due to the sensitive information involved in this position Composes, types, and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications. Receives, screens, and routes visitors and telephone calls. Responds to, escalates, and follows up on inquiries and problems as appropriate. Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements. Maintains assigned calendar(s). Draft and edit correspondence, articles, reports nd presentations; transcribe meeting notes Handle and screen phone calls, email and postal mail inquiries and respond appropriately Ensure CEO, CFO and CNO are prepared for upcoming appointments by gathering materials necessary for each meeting Maintains files and office equipment. Orders and stocks supplies. Participates in contract process Medical Staff Coordinator functions (Peer Review, Bylaws Committee) Takes grievances and ensures they are handled
