How you'll contribute

  • Accurately performs patient assessments and identified patient needs.
  • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Provides patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.
  • Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
  • Works cooperatively and actively participates with other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Graduate of accredited nurse program with current licensure in the state. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.

  • Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in rehabilitative or acute setting and/or demonstrates leadership ability.

  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrates problem solving and critical thinking skills.
