Position Summary:
Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Provides direct supervision to staff. Trains providers and staff on Athena as it pertains to their roles. Maintains appointment templates. Ensures optimal schedule adherence.
Address patient and staff issues timely. Maintains provider call schedules. Oversees daily operations of designated clinic(s) in collaboration with Market Director or Market Manager. Ensures competency and on-boarding for all staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
- 1-2 years management/supervisor experience preferably in a medical setting.
