Position Summary:

The LPN or LVN provides care in accordance with SVMG - Sierra Vista Medical Group, standards and policies. The LPN or LVN will consult with the RN as appropriate. The LPN or LVN contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN. Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. May administer medication. Documents patient care given. Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have completed an LPN or LVN program.
• Must have an active Arizona or Compact LPN License.
• 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
• Must obtain CPR within 90 days of hire.
