Position Summary:

Assists physicians with the necessary services needed to care for their patients. Supports staff with routine duties and patient care services. Functions in front and back offices or specializes in certain specific responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an LPN program Required
• Utah LPN License

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days Licenses
