About Us

Collin Springs is a behavioral health hospital located in McKinney, TX. We provide inpatient and outpatient programming for those facing mental health and addiction challenges. We treat adults ages 18+, offering evidence-based, individualized care in a supportive and structured environment.

Programs include inpatient psychiatric stabilization, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).

Job Summary

The Office Coordinator supervises daily administrative operations and staff for an assigned area, ensuring smooth workflow, quality service, and compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.

• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.

• Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.

• Assesses and ensures quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.

• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.

• Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.

• Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.

• Regular and reliable attendance.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must complete all assigned education in a timely manner.

• Attends and participates in staff meetings, in-service trainings, projects, and committees.

• Maintains a neat and professional appearance in compliance with the existing dress code.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in related field preferred. Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education.

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Moderate communication skills and ability to use word processing, spreadsheets, and email systems.

• Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance, and healthcare administrative policies.
