How you'll contribute
A PAI Coordinator who excels in this role:
Coordinates PPD data collection with interdisciplinary team
Ensures completion of supportive documentation for Quality Indicators (QIs) in medical record
Completes admission and discharge IRF-PAI within CMS designated time frames
Collects appropriate information from medical record and summarize on IRF-PAI
Ensures completion of admission PAI within four days of admission

What we're looking for
Clinical degree and current license to practice as an OT, PT, RN, SLP, or MSW
QI competency knowledge
State and federal guidelines knowledge
Healthcare industry knowledge
Basic computer and data entry skills
