How you'll contribute

A PAI Coordinator who excels in this role:

  • Coordinates PPD data collection with interdisciplinary team

  • Ensures completion of supportive documentation for Quality Indicators (QIs) in medical record

  • Completes admission and discharge IRF-PAI within CMS designated time frames

  • Collects appropriate information from medical record and summarize on IRF-PAI

  • Ensures completion of admission PAI within four days of admission

What we're looking for

  • Clinical degree and current license to practice as an OT, PT, RN, SLP, or MSW

  • QI competency knowledge

  • State and federal guidelines knowledge

  • Healthcare industry knowledge

  • Basic computer and data entry skills
