Position Summary:

Performs structured evaluations and develops a treatment plan in conjunction with primary care counselor using therapeutic, recreational, and leisure activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy or related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• Therapeutic Recreation Specialist certification
• BLS required
• Current Recreational Therapist License in AZ
• 1 year of experience in Recreational Therapy in a hospital setting preferred
• Experience in treatment planning and implementation highly desirable
