We are a state-of-the-art, 38-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital jointly operated by Atlantic Health System and Lifepoint Rehabilitation. We specialize in helping individuals recover from the debilitating effects of serious injuries or illnesses-including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, orthopedic trauma, and amputation-through customized, patient-centered care.

What You'll Do

  • Assess patient conditions and develop individualized plans of care
  • Implement and adjust nursing interventions to support rehabilitation goals
  • Deliver safe, age-appropriate, and condition-specific care
  • Educate patients and families throughout their inpatient stay and during discharge planning
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other team members
  • Accurately document clinical assessments and support medical necessity in records
  • Complete and update interdisciplinary care plans as needed
  • Contribute to continuous quality and performance improvement efforts
  • Uphold hospital safety standards and contribute to a supportive, respectful work environment
  • Act as a clinical role model and support leadership initiatives

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (BSN, ADN, or Diploma)
  • Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey
  • Current BCLS (CPR) certification; ACLS preferred
  • CRRN preferred
  • Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute care or med/surg setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for rehabilitation nursing and improving patients' quality of life
