Position Summary:
The RN Clinical Educator position is responsible for a variety of training and development duties. The RN Educator works with staff to enhance clinical competency, critical thinking and process/procedures improving nursing practice while promoting high quality, safe patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing Required. Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
- An Active Arizona RN License or Compact License required.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required within 60 days of hire.
- 3 years of clinical experience required in multiple clinical areas including Med/surg; Telemetry; Surgical Services and/or critical care.
- Prior Experience in teaching preferred.
