This is a onsite position working out of our Brentwood, TN office.

What you’ll do:

The Legal Systems Administrator is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the legal function within Lifepoint Health corporate office. This role ensures the efficient operation of legal systems, supports compliance efforts, and facilitates the smooth integration of legal and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Oversee and maintain legal management systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
  • Compliance Support: Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and corporate policies.
  • Document Management: Manage the storage, retrieval, and organization of legal documents, contracts, and financial records.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to legal and financial activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of legal and financial operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Training: Provide training and support to staff on legal systems and compliance procedures.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal and financial services.

What you’ll need:

  •        Education: HS Diploma required 
  •        Certifications: Relevant certifications in legal administration or healthcare compliance are a plus.
  •        Experience: at least 1 year of related work experience at a legal office
