POSITION SUMMARY:

The ERP Security Analyst role will play a pivotal role in our enterprise resource planning ("ERP") system imple-mentation and business transformation. The ERP Security Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strict adherence to security policies, procedures, and standards concerning ERP and changes to the IT landscape. The primary objective of this role will be to support the implementation of proactive measures aimed at preventing security incidents and breaches in new systems and applications, as well as designing ro-bust security profiles for future state roles.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.  

  • Application Security Administration: This role will take ownership of product administration for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, specifically in the areas of Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital, and Risk Management suite of products. This entails overseeing the creation and implementation of roles within the application and establishing processes and procedures for their continued maintenance and support.
    Support implementation of proactive measures to prevent security incidents and breaches with new systems and applications.
  • Oracle Cloud Expertise: An individual in this role should possess Oracle Cloud (or similar ERP) application securi-ty experience and will be responsible for problem tracking, replication, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolv-ing complicated and critical security matters.
  • Subject Matter Expert: This role will serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Roles, ensuring compli-ance with enterprise and IT security policies, industry standards, and relevant compliance regulations.
  • Audit Support: Providing documentation and reporting, an individual in this role will act as the subject matter expert for audit inquiries related to application security. A working knowledge of internal controls, Sarbanes Oxley, and compliance frameworks will be highly advantageous.

  • Exhibit an understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).  Skilled in the 
    application of policies and procedures.  Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity or a related field.

Experience: 

  • Proven experience in ERP security implementation and management.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud application security.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex and critical security issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with internal controls, Sarbanes Oxley, and compliance frameworks (preferred).
  • A strong commitment to maintaining the highest levels of security and data protection.

Certifications: A relevant security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, etc. is preferred
