As Senior Financial & Client Relationship Manager in the Information Technology Services (ITS) department, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and overseeing the Managed Services Agreement (MSA). Serving as the single point of contact, you will develop statements of work, address client inquiries regarding MSA, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role will involve heavy financial analysis, trending, forecasting, and business case modeling to support both short and long-term strategic plans.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. 

  • Collaborate with ITS departments and leadership to develop statements of work and strategic plans to meet client needs.
  • Manage client relationships, expectations, and communication processes to keep stakeholders informed of project results.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and ITS, addressing questions related to general ITS service, business requirements and financial inquiries.
  • Execute financial modeling and valuation for acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships.
  • Prepare internal presentations to support senior management decision-making.
  • Ensure clean and accurate documentation of business requirements, client requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Assist in managing client ITS financial development, annual budget, and associated analyses, presentations, and reporting.
  • Create, validate, and review financial models for acquisitions and significant capital expenditures related to ITS.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly expenditures, making recommendations to ITS leadership.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial analysis field; Healthcare-related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong customer relationship and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems effectively.
