Position Summary

The Clinic Coordinator (Full-Time, Day Shift) oversees daily operations and supports the overall management of a busy physician practice. This position allocates and assigns staff duties, monitors clinic workflows, and ensures efficient and consistent operational performance.

If the position is filled by a licensed clinical professional (LPN, Medical Assistant, Radiology Tech, Imaging Tech, etc.), they will also work within their licensed scope of practice.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred

Skills:

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently with sound judgment

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment

• Must maintain all required licensure/certifications if filled by a licensed clinician
