Physical Therapist - PRN

JOB SUMMARY

Evaluates, documents, plans, implements, and monitors Physical Therapy Services under physician orders to improve, restore the functional level of patients to maximize their potential at work, home, or play
 

Minimum Education

Graduation completed from a Physical Therapy program. Current licensure or eligibility to obtain in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Completes obligatory hospital in-services and education to maintain licensure.
