The Nurse Tech under the direct supervision of a RN, performs basic patient care activities including monitoring vital signs, and recording intake and output. 

Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation. 

 


PRN days as needed. High School Diploma or GED required. BLS required upon hire or must obtain within 90 days of employment. Six months to one year experience in medical-surgical setting or other acute care setting preferred.
