Position Summary:

As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.


Minimum Education

Successful completion of the LPN diploma program or Associate's degree

Required Skills

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Certifications/License

Basic Life Support (BLS) certified through American Heart Association (AHA). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Telemetry, and APEX preferred. Current unencumbered North Carolina or Multistate LPN license.

Minimum Work Experience

1 year of experience in a health care setting
