Position Summary:

Responsible for providing nursing care to meet the needs of the patients, assisting medical  staff and providing quality care to the patients.  Provides direct patient care to primarily geriatrics. May also require traveling to other outlining offices when short-staffed.

Minimum Qualifications:


Graduate of a state approved program for licensed practical nurses. One year experience working in a clinical setting. Current valid Pennsylvania nursing license.


One year clinical out-patient office experience. Electronic medical record experience either in acute care setting or medical office practice.
