Processing Technician Assistant-G.I. Laboratory

Required: High school diploma or equivalent.  Satisfactory completion of one semester in a surgical technologist program.

Summary: Under direction of OR Sterile Processing and/or Central Sterile Supply will disassemble, clean, assemble, sterilize and store procedure trays, instruments, equipment and supplies according to prescribed procedures and aseptic technique within the Central Sterile Supply and Operating Room Sterile Processing Areas.
