Position Summary:

Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree required (copy of degree required on or before first day of hire)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 30 days of hire
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP)
• License required upon hire
• NBRC Accredited
• AZ Board of Respiratory License (CRT or RRT)
