Systems Analyst II Management Information Systems

Under direction of senior staff member, follows direction and performs one or all of the following:  researches changes or enhancements to an existing feature, product install process, tool, standard, or process, which involves testing and verifying system and database modules to ensure their quality and integrity.

Minimum Education:        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred or equivalent business experience.

Minimum Experience:  A basic understanding of systems concepts, analysis techniques, tools, and standards as well as working knowledge of PC third-party products (MS Office, etc.) required.  Good verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills required.  One to two years technical experience in supporting applications and interfaces.
