This position is responsible for routine daily cleaning of the facility, which includes cleaning beds, mopping floors, cleaning rest rooms, washing/disinfecting surfaces, dusting items, to ensure a safe, clean environment for patients, visitors and employees. Highly sensitive to the customer service needs of all patients, guests, and employees.  Other Duties as assigned by Director of Building Services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:  High school diploma, GED, and or work experience

Required Experience:  Housekeeping experience preferred, but will provide on the job training.

Licensure:  None

Skills:  Must be able to read and write, communicate well, able to remember task/assignments and work standing up for a full shift.

Equipment:  Vacuums, maids carts, buckets, mop wringers, mop handles, trash containers, step stools and various small tools.
