Responsible for collecting, receiving and accurately processing blood and body fluid samples and performs office clerical duties.


Minimum Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
 
Required Skills
Certifications
Current Phlebotomy certification through ASCP, AMT or NHA preferred.
 
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
 
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
 
Minimum Work Experience
Laboratory experience preferred.
