Position Summary:

Oversees the activities of the clinical unit and assigned staff. This position collaborates with the Manager on clinical and non-clinical issues and requires both clinical and interpersonal skills. This position is responsible for supervising, directing, coaching, and mentoring their assigned staff while ensuring excellent quality care. Work is of a confidential nature. Performs other work of the department as required. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Minimum Education: Associate’s degree required. If the selected candidate does not have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or specialty certification, they must begin the course of study within one year of starting position on either certification or degree.

Required Certifications:

• BLS is required or obtained within first week of hire.
• Attendance and participation at 80% of SLDI sessions is required for this position.
