JOB SUMMARY

Provides direct patient care in the clinic or office setting, in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice, under the direction & guidance of the provider.  May float to cover other clinics as needed.


inimum Education
Must be a graduate of a Practical Nursing Program.

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications:
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
Required Skills
Licenses:
LPN License for the State of Tennessee.
