UC Davis Rehabilitation Hospital an inpatient rehabilitation hospital programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. Offering customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

 

How you'll contribute 

The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive evaluation and skilled therapeutic interventions to support patients in regaining independence and performing daily living activities within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role develops individualized treatment plans, delivers evidence‑based therapies, and accurately documents patient progress. The Occupational Therapist collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team, educates patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment, and ensures adherence to all safety, regulatory, and quality standards to promote optimal functional outcomes.

What we're looking for 

Applicants should have 

  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Experience in inpatient rehab preferred
  • Current license to practice occupational therapy
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Hourly range: $67.18 per hour
