How you'll contribute 

A Phlebotomist who excels in this role:

• Labels, processes and delivers specimens for testing.

• Collects blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques.

• Maintains equipment and medical supplies.

• Assists with coordinating and conducting blood drives, including interviewing and screening donors.

What we're looking for 
Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and an approved nationally accredited training course in phlebotomy (preferred). Additional requirements include:

• Certification from ASCP or NHA preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS) to be obtained within 30 days of hire

• Formal phlebotomy training preferred

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
