Take this exciting opportunity to be a part of the solution by joining the Supply Chain Team at Wilson Medical Center. You'll be a key player in providing the supplies that keep our patients safe. You'll work closely with the healthcare staff to ensure their supply needs are met. The position offers competitive pay and a chance to impact people's lives.
How you'll contribute
A Supply Chain Technician who excels in this role:
- Performs periodic cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory; adjusts inventory records as needed.
- Stocks area with office and medical supplies; prepares requisitions to maintain par levels.
- Receives shipments, logs receipts, enters data into the inventory system, and reports/documents errors or damages to management.
- Manages orders and backorders for the OR Department.
- Completes clerical/computer tasks that support patient care delivery.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Additional requirements include:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting and supply chain preferred.
- Ability to understand, communicate, and react effectively to the unique needs of all patients and customers served.
- Previous experience with use of computers (required) and handheld devices (preferred).
- Must have a valid NC driver's license.
