How you'll contribute:
Under the general supervision of the Market Director and according to established policies and procedures, provides skilled secretarial and administrative support. Work is of a high-confidential nature. Performs other work of the department as required as well as other departments throughout the hospital.
- Serves as a receptionist for the administrative team
- Answers and screens telephone calls, and transfers, takes messages or personally handles caller's needs
- Pleasantly greets visitors, ascertaining and addressing their needs promptly and appropriately
- Schedules appointments and ensures prompt and accurate relays, verbal messages to appropriate
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred. At least five years of secretarial/clerical experience required.
