How you'll contribute
An Operations Analyst who excels in this role:
Business & Systems Analysis
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional needs, and process workflows.
Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps, risks, or opportunities for improvement.
Translate business needs into clear specifications, documentation, or work requests for technical teams.
Operational & Platform Support
Support IT managed platforms and systems through analysis, documentation, and coordination activities.
Assist with system configuration, access management, data maintenance, or administrative support tasks as appropriate.
Help troubleshoot issues by coordinating with technical teams and vendors to identify root causes and resolution paths.
Process Documentation & Governance
Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, SOPs, and reference materials.
Ensure documentation remains current and reflects changes to systems, processes, or support models.
Support adherence to established standards, controls, and operational practices.
Change & Enhancement Support
Review and assess enhancement, change, or improvement requests for feasibility, scope, and effort.
Assist in prioritizing discussions by providing analysis of impact, dependencies, and risks.
Support planning and coordination of approved changes through execution and validation.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Serve as a liaison between business partners, IT teams, and external vendors.
Support communication, follow up, and issue tracking across stakeholders.
Assist in documenting roles, responsibilities, and support expectations.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track activities, dependencies, and outcomes related to assigned initiatives.
Provide status updates, analysis, and documentation to leadership as needed.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance system effectiveness and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for
EDUCATION
Associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE
2-4 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, IT operations support, or a related role.
Experience supporting enterprise systems or IT platforms preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSURE
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Business Analysis, Service Management, Lean) are a plus but not required.
