The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the analysis and documentation of business systems. Operates as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user department. Mentors end users new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools.
How you'll contribute
A Business Systems Analyst who excels in this role:
Completes routine activities related to system management and maintenance
Performs routine end user security tasks (User creation, provisioning, audits)
Works with team leaders to understand business imperatives
Provides 1st level support for end user application issues related to access/roles Functional Demands Populations Served X Does not treat or care for patients.

What we're looking for
Education: High School Diploma required, Associate's degree preferred
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
