How you'll contribute
An Athletic Trainer who excels in this role:

The athletic trainer is the liaison between the patient and/or parents, the medical doctors or their support staffs, the medical assistant, athletes, coaches and contracted outreach community.

Prevention of Athletic Injuries: Design and Implement Prevention programs.

Job Knowledge: Understanding of job duties, know how in performing assigned tasks.

Ambition/Initiative: Willingness to put forth effort in starting an activity, contribute to new ideas or seek improvement.

This position is based directly with Lawrence County High School (LCHS).

What we're looking for

Graduate of a Program in Discipline, Bachelor's Degree Required

Master's degree preferred

critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Licenses: Current and active Athletic Trainer license in the state of Tennessee.
