Saint Mary's Regional Health System offers community focused healthcare services in Russellville; AR. Saint Mary's 170-bed acute care hospital is a Level III Trauma Center and offers a variety of inpatient and outpatient services.
Russellville, overlooking 34,000-acre Lake Dardanelle and the Arkansas River, is renowned for its bass fishing and a state park has two locations providing everything needed for an enjoyable outing. Mount Nebo State Park offers spectacular views of the River Valley. Arkansas Tech University provides cultural and sporting events throughout the year.
How you'll contribute:
Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Essential Functions:
Assists patients with performing activities of daily living.
Provides or assists with providing direct patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions.
Observes and records patient behavior and activities. Reports any changes in physical, mental or emotional condition to nursing staff and suggests modifications to the treatment plan.
Provides crisis intervention with incoming calls and on the unit to maintain safety.
Non-Essential Functions:
Review and comply with LifePoint Code of Conduct and all relevant Company and Division policies and procedures.

What we're looking for:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Required
License: CNA Preferred
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must have within 45 days of hire; Handle with Care (HWC) Mush have within 45 days of hire
