Rheumatology is the subspecialty of internal medicine concerned with joints, muscles and bones and their roles in health and disease. FryeCare Internal Medicine & Rheumatology provides care and treatment for a variety of rheumatic diseases. Our rheumatologist also offers joint injections as treatment for rheumatic diseases.

Rheumatology services we provide include:

Diagnoses and treatment of a variety of rheumatic diseases including:

  • Lupus
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Psoriatic arthritis
  • Ankylosing spondylitis
  • Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) related arthritis
  • Scleroderma
  • Vasculitis
  • Myositis and more

How you'll contribute

A Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), who excels in this role:

  • Accurately identifies patient needs
  • Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
  • Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record

What we're looking for- a motivated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant who will be a vital link between our patients and providers, possessing a deep commitment to delivering excellent care with efficiency and a positive attitude.


Applicants should have :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • CMA or RMA or CCMA via the AAMA or NHA must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
  • One year of experience preferred
