Highpoint Health with Ascension Saint Thomas is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our Med-Surg team in Winchester, TN.

Position Summary
As a valued member of our Med-Surg unit, you'll work closely with nurses and the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You'll assist patients with daily living activities, monitor and communicate condition changes, and help maintain a safe, organized environment for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
Assist patients with hygiene, mobility, and meals
Accurately record and report observations and vital signs
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in patient care areas
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred: Graduate of a Nursing Assistant program
Experience: Previous hospital or Med-Surg experience preferred
Certification: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) - required within 30 days of hire
