Schedule

  • Full-Time Day Shift
  • Schedule: 3x12, rotating weekends

Unit Information

  • Average Census: 60 patients daily
  • Nurse to Patient Ratios: CNA 1:10 (days) | CNA 1:20 (nights)
  • Bed Count: 88
  • Acuity: High
  • Average Length of Stay: 15 days
  • Support Staff: Primarily CNAs
  • Orientation: 7-10 shifts with preceptor support

How You'll Contribute

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (feeding, grooming, bathing, mobility, toileting)
  • Provide support for patient monitoring and documentation
  • Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to deliver safe and effective care
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive patient environment
  • Complete training and orientation with preceptor guidance (7-10 shifts)

What We're Looking For

  • Certified Nursing Assistant, Tennessee license required
  • American Heart Association BLS required
  • Experience: New grads welcome; no prior long-term care or EMR experience required
  • Qualities: Compassion, teamwork, adaptability, and a patient-first mindset
