How you'll contribute
A Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) who excels in this role:
- Performs basic patient care tasks including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Provides general nursing support such as positioning, lifting, turning, and using special equipment.
- Assists with toileting needs using bedpans, urinals, commodes, or ambulation to the bathroom.
- Takes and records temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, blood pressure, and intake/output measurements accurately and document in a timely manner.
- Prepares patient rooms for admission and transfer, ensuring cleanliness and equipment readiness.
- Maintains a clean, comfortable, and safe environment with attention to ventilation and lighting.
- Supports patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures, including handling of patient belongings.
- Answers patient call lights, phones, and pages, responding promptly and appropriately.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

What we're looking for
- Preferred: Six months of experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Someone who demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills. Who can prioritize and multitask in a healthcare environment.
- Certifications: CPR/BLS required
- License: Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant
- Education: Completion of a nursing assistant training course
