Certified Pharmacy Tech
Schedule: this is a PRN (as needed) role. Our Pharmacy Techs work 8 am to approximately 4 pm Monday through Friday and from 8 am to 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

How you'll contribute
A Certified Pharmacy Tech who excels in this role provides distributive pharmacy services, assistance and support for the registered pharmacist. Additionally, they will:
Refill and maintain automated dispensing systems.
Fill medication carts daily.
Prepare orders and maintain inventory for the pharmacy department.
Repackage bulk medications.
Compound IV hazardous and non-hazardous medications

What we're looking for
Registered Pharmacy Technician by the New Mexico Board of Pharmacy upon hire. Certified as a CPhT by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) upon hire.
Must become Sterile IV Compounding certified within sixty (60) days of hire and chemotherapy certified within ninety (90) days of hire.
