Lifepoint Health is currently seeking an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) for Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital located in Somerset, Kentucky.

Program Focus:
- Enhance leadership and business management abilities through hands-on assignments, job rotations, instructor-led courses, and distance learning
- Collaborate with peers through team projects and build a network with leaders across the organization
- Gain valuable experience in diverse healthcare settings with varying sizes, complexities, and service lines, including rotations at our Support Center
- Take on a leadership role within the hospital, managing a group of departments
The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will play an integral role in the hospital's decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with the hospital's mission, while staying informed on clinical healthcare changes that may impact its success
Minimum Qualifications
- Five years in a clinical department as director/manager role with direct reports.
- Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current licensure
- Master's degree in business, nursing, or related field.
