How you'll contribute
The Plastic Surgery Practice Manager oversees the daily operations of a plastic surgery clinic to ensure efficient workflows, marketing, exceptional patient experience, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance. This role combines leadership, operations, patient coordination, and business management within a fast-paced medical aesthetic environment. Manager will also oversee and actively participate in billing operations. Additional responsibilities include:
- Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
- Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in related field required. Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education.
