As a Nurse Manager, you are responsible for leading and supporting nursing staff in the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant patient care. This role includes clinical mentorship, documentation oversight, and coordination of staff assignments based on patient needs.
How you'll contribute The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing operations within an assigned unit, including supervision of nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical policies and standards, and collaborating with leadership to optimize patient care delivery.

- Ability to manage staff performance, resolve issues, and foster team development.

Qualifications and requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. BSN Preferred.
Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of rehab nursing experience and 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Essential Functions
Provide overall direction and supervision of patient care and nursing personnel on the unit.
Consult with staff, physicians, and the Program Director regarding nursing practices and hospital policies.
Ensure nursing staff compliance with clinical policies and procedures.
Participate in incident investigations and the preparation of related reports.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient care needs.
Implement and uphold Standards of Nursing Practice across all functions.
Serve as the administrative representative in the absence of the Program Director.
Perform other duties as assigned.
