How you'll contribute
An Echosonographer who excels in this role:
Performs or is willing to learn all procedures associated with cardiac sonography i.e. Echo, Stress Echo, and Transesophageal Echo.
Performs all paperwork associated with the Diagnostic Imaging department.
Follows all radiology policies and procedures.
Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population served in Diagnostic Imaging.

What we're looking for
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Additional requirements include:
- Post high school training and/or education. - Required
- Graduate of an approved Echocardiography program.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
- Licenses: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registry Eligible.
Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI); Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT). - Must be registered within two (2) years' of start date.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in Echocardiography, Stress echo, and Transesophogeal technology preferred.
