Educator, Clinical Registered Nurse Exempt

Develops in-services and continuing education for Periop nursing staff.
Reports to: Director Education
FLSA: Exempt
Education: Bachelor's Degree Nursing (BSN)Preferred
Licenses: Registered Nurse
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Essential Functions
Provides educational offerings and materials based on the identified needs of the staff and the Nursing Education Council.
Serves as a knowledge base and resource to consult with and educate nursing and medical staff, students and ancillary staff members.
Coordinate, teach, and facilitate certification courses (BLS, ACLS, PALS, and other courses as requested and trained/capable to teach).
