The EVS Team Lead makes sure that our housekeeping team has everything they need to make our small hospital shine!  You will lead your team of 3 housekeepers to clean patient rooms and common areas in this beautiful facility.  This is a working position, so you will work alongside your team and also be responsible for inspections and scheduling.  Use your leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team!

Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Previous leadership experience

 


Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Ability to read, write, and speak basic English.

Job Responsibilities
Create the work schedule for your team and assign daily tasks
Order supplies

Clean and stock patient rooms and common areas

Inspect rooms to make sure our very high cleanliness standards are met

Works with nursing staff to anticipate and prepare for new admissions

Assists with new hire orientation

Pay - $26 per hour

This is a full time job and as such is eligible for our complete benefits package
