How You'll Make an Impact
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll be a trusted partner in our patients' recovery journeys. You will:
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process-Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation
- Collaborate closely with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans
- Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues
- Play a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitions

Qualifications and requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse.
Additional requirements include:
- CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
