How you'll contribute  

• Assists in assuring optimum patient care by delivering routine care for selected subacute and convalescent patients. Participates is planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. 
• Peforms data collection and obtains patient information.
• Assists RN with patient care.
• Intervenes with appropriate action after needs are identified.
• Evaluates the assignment, planning and intervention process.
• Demonstrates professional and personal development.
• Delivers direct patient care appropriate to the age of patient served including the neonte/infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. 
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of a Program in Discipline - Required
• Graduate of LPN Program 
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - to be obtained within 30 days.
• West Virginia, United States Licensed Practical Nurse
• Current Licensure by WB LPN Board
