Our team of providers, nurses and clinical staff work collaboratively to support patients through prevention, diagnosis and ongoing management of heart health. How you'll contribute
A Licensed Practical Nurse who excels in this role:
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions within scope
- Assists providers with examinations, procedures and patient care
- Provides patient education related to cardiac health, medications and treatment plans
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation in the medical record
- Coordinates patient care, including scheduling, referrals and follow-up care
- Maintains a safe and clean clinical environment

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a current North Carolina state or compact state LPN license. Additional requirements include:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Schedule
Monday-Friday, day shift (no weekends or holidays)
