Maintenance Technician 

Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00A-5:30P - potential for weekend rotation

How you'll contribute:

Assists in maintaining a safe, functional, clean and attractive physical environment for patient, guests, and employees. Performs, with minimal supervision, a variety of maintenance tasks under the direction of the Plant Operations Manager. Performs plan operations assessments, equipment testing, and documents as required. Performs safety and preventative maintenance inspections and documents as required.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Effectively performs routine and incident specific maintenance tasks.
• Comply with established measures for infection control, OSHA regulations, and Safety/Risk Management Plans, and policies and procedures.
• Assists in assuring a safe and risk preventive environment.
• Comply with MSDS regulations and ensured documentation is current within the guidelines required by law.

Qualifications and requirements:

• High School degree or equivalent preferred. Combination of education and relevant work experience may be required. · 
• Previous experience in plant operations in a hospital setting preferred. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements is helpful.
• Valid driver's license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), along with proof of insurance when using your own auto.
• Must show proof of automobile insurance. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
