Position Summary
Manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
Essential Functions
To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation:
- Assists with developing departmental goals, standards, and objectives aligned with the organization's strategic plan and vision
- Manages staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict resolution
- Oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements
- Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations
- Determines and justifies needs for systems, equipment, and supplies; monitors usage and ensures proper functionality and inventory levels
- Fosters an environment that encourages professional growth and development
- Ensures the department remains focused on its role within the continuum of care
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills / Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
- Applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of education
