How you'll contribute  

A Medical Staff Office Manager who excels in this role is responsible for managing the daily operations and governance functions of the Local Medical Staff Office. This positon serves as point of contact for medical staff members, facilitating the medical staff privileging approval process and supporting regulatory readiness while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Maintains and updates on-call schedules and list of on-call providers.
  • Schedules and facilitates new and ongoing provider orientation.
  • Reviews and prepared credentialing/privileging files.
  • Schedules, coordinates, prepares agenda, take minutes, and provides follow up for Medical Staff Committee meetings.
  • Assists in the coordination, tracking, and monitoring of OPPE/FPPE processes to ensure compliance with medical staff and regulatory requirements. 
  • Drives key performance indicators including quality/accuracy of credentialing/privileging files and timeliness of completion. 

What we're looking for 
Qualified applicants must have an Associate's degree. 10+ years of applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of education.

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
